Jess Petersen

I enjoy helping teams figure out how to work together to build the right products for their target customers as time- and cost-effectively as possible.

I’m excited to introduce you and your team to the methods, tools and processes that will help you to de-risk your product design and development activities and/or get some momentum if it feels like you’re getting stuck.

Throughout my career, I’ve held leadership roles in Product, User Experience, Engineering and Marketing, and I love helping these groups to communicate and work more effectively with each other.

Chris Petersen

I was very fortunate to find a job I love pretty early on in my career. Product Management forces me to use every part of my brain, every skill I’ve developed, and pushes me to learn every year as the practice changes with new tools and technology.

Prior to becoming a consultant I was VP of Product for Carbonite, where I was a member of the product team for 9 years. During that time I launched and oversaw B2C and B2B products, sold via e-commerce and indirect channels, built a global team, and acquired and integrated 8 companies.
